The Italian Eyewear on the catwalks of Moscow and Shanghai

The Italian Eyewear on the catwalks of Moscow and Shanghai

In a breathtaking setting where old and new give life to timeless atmospheres, the best of Italian eyewear will be on show, once again, to present a preview of the Spring-Summer 2007 fashion trends for the Chinese and Russian market.

The fascinating setting of Bund18 has been chosen in Shanghai, while the show will be held in Moscow in the historic setting of the Pushkin Literary Museum. Extremely important dates, then, a significant stage for the production of Made in Italy Eyewear, made possible thanks to the consolidated partnership between ANFAO, the Italian Optical Goods Manufacturers' Association, ICE, the Institute for Foreign Trade, and the International Trade Ministry.

There is a double leitmotiv for these events, between the past and the future, harmonized between citations and forecasts, a bridge between old and new, which offers cases and frames, for sunglasses and vision eyewear, to be worn indifferently, day and night. While the purity of the shapes is contaminated with touches of brilliant color: red and black for a slightly theatrical, Latin look, and also shades of color.

The supreme protagonists of the shows, a hundred sunglasses and vision models, for men and women, children and teenagers, a range of top quality products in perfect Italian style.

'Italian eyewear has succeeded in conquering the main international markets thanks to its innovative design and creative ability to offer new models that are always up-to-date. - declares the President of Anfao Cirillo Marcolin - China and Russia are of great potential interest to us, extremely attentive to Made in Italy products and increasingly oriented towards purchases of quality and style.'

Italy establishes itself as an international leader thanks to its ability to conciliate the most avant-garde choices in terms of design and high quality standards. And the shows, which ANFAO has organized over the years, again with ICE (the Italian Trade Commission) and the Ministry for International Trade are events that seal this leadership.
