Space 1999 and Magnum PI models for X-ice

While waiting to see the models in the collection that will be presented to the public and operators in Paris, X-ICE is riding the wave of success with two vision models that were best-sellers this summer.

Space 1999 and Magnum PI - two jewels in the crown of the last vision collection - will star in the photographs for the next X-ICE advertising campaign due to appear next month in the Italian press.

The brand produced by Cadorna-based Immagine Eyewear has always liked experimenting with audacious shapes and unique styles, such as the skilful workmanship of the steel that characterizes these two models. The key to the success of these collections is a mix that makes every pair an essential fashion accessory, the protagonists on catwalks and the forerunner of trends.

Taking its name from the Eighties' TV series based on the adventures of the Alpha moon base, SPACE 1999 has a front piece in steel, a nylon profile and steel temples with injected plastic end pieces. The brand's unmistakable logo on the temples is milled into the steel.

The model inspired by MAGNUM PI, the detective played by Tom Selleck, has a steel front piece with nylon rims, steel temples and acetate end pieces. Also on this model, the hinge- height logo is not just a style detail, it is an important symbol that represents the unique identity of the X-ICE world.
