In order to manufacture diving mask ophthalmic lenses, IODA starts by analysing the medical prescription for the case in question.

Given that, however, the water refractive index is different from the air refractive index, IODA executes the necessary calculations to convert the optic powers prescribed for a lens in air environment into the optic powers of a lens in water environment.

Therefore, starting from these special semifinished our factory works out the surface to create the desired powers. Once such a lens is obtained, this is sticked on the diving mask employing an appropriate glue.
