Podi for the Carrera Ski Racing Team

The Skiing World Cup 2006/2007 competitions are continuing, and the athletes from the Carrera Ski Racing Team 2006/2007 are winning prestigious, new victories in the various downhill skiing disciplines.

The young Swede Jens Byggmark accomplished an extraordinary feat, winning two slaloms on the two days of the competition on the snow in Kitzbuehel.

Carrera's 21 year-old testimonial is already this year's new revelation: after celebrating his first win at the World Cup triumphing in the Slalom on 27 January, he also climbed onto the highest step of the podium on 28 January.

Excellent results too for the Italian Manfred Moelgg who won the bronze medal in the special Slalom in Kitzbuehel on 28 January, coming third, just 5 hundredths of a second behind the Swede.

Good results also obtained in the women's competitions with the Austrian Elisabeth Goergl winning the silver medal in the free downhill in San Sicario/Sestriere on 27 January, showing off her Carrera mask and helmet on the steps of the podium.
