Belluno's first pool of eyewear manufacturers to take part in Vision Expo East

On Thursday 15 March, at 11.30 am, in the Committee Room of Villa Doglioni Dalmas, the Belluno offices of Assindustria, the Section for Industries Producing Articles for Opticians of the Industrialists' Association of the Province of Belluno (SIPAO) will present the first pool of Belluno's eyewear manufacturers that is to take part in the Vision Expo East Fair in New York, at a press conference, which will be attended by Valter Da Rin the President of SIPAO, Antonio Zandegiacomo SIPAO Secretary and Maurizio Feltrin, the Export Manager of Assindustria Belluno.

It is the first time a pool of eyewear manufacturers from Assindustria Belluno has been to New York. The most important fair on the American continent, the third most important in the world after the Mido in Milan and the Silmo in Paris, scheduled from 23 to 25 March, has never attracted so much interest from Belluno's small and medium eyewear manufacturers.

With a contribution from the Institute for Foreign Trade (I.C.E.) behind them, in agreement with the Region of Veneto, the up-and-running organization of Assindustria Belluno's Export Service with the 'Centro Estero' (Foreign Center) of the Veneto Chambers of Commerce and the collaboration with ICE's office in New York, the participating eyewear manufacturers are preparing to leave for the United States, where they will exhibit their spring-summer collections on a promotional stand in the district, in front of the one at the MIDO fair.
