Adidas Originals Suria eyewear wins IOFT 2008 award
The EYEWEAR OF THE YEAR prize is a new award for products with the most fashionable and innovate design. This important recognition was presented during the fair, which was visited by over 20,000 sector professionals.
The jury was made up of international fashion directors, fashion editors, stylists and important personalities in the optics sector.
Among the world's most aware consumers, the Japanese are always looking for innovative shapes, colors and designs. The most recent trend is for oversize frames with a decisive character, a distinctive feature of the new SURIA glasses from Adidas Originals. The design is strongly characterized by wide temples inspired by the soles of the legendary Adilette shoes, a cult product of the Eighties.
SURIA glasses are made in SPX - the company's patented hi-tech material - with an innovative technique that makes the frames extremely light and strong. The large one-piece shatterproof and anti-glare lens is in polycarbonate.
Retro details meet leading-edge technology to create glasses with an ultramodern design and exclusive quality and comfort.
