X-Ide: design and tailoring for the new collection
At this year’s Mido X-Ide® decided to focus on tailoring and presented specific eyewear to suit all types of consumers and needs: a new approach aimed at segmenting its offer in a much wider range of products that are still oriented toward color and design.
The new X-Ide collection proposes distinct product philosophy themes that cover not only different seasons but also selected targets, from teenagers to the not to so young. Every segment of the public has different needs and this is why X-Ide wants to give its reference target a product that suits all needs.
X-Change eyewear, for example, targets creative and innovative consumers who like to have a different look every day, depending on their mood or apparel. Thanks to an interchangeable structure, pleasing color combinations can be created from day to day. The eyewear structure has an ice-colored satin-finish base – the same for all combos - with a front bar available in 4 colors.
X-Change eyewear is presented and sold in a transparent, liquid-resistant case containing a pair of eyeglasses and an interchangeable colored bar.
For young, cultured, university types, X-Ide proposes X-Fun, eyewear for those who choose their apparel and accessories with determination and individuality. The frames in this line convey an easy-to-wear product philosophy with colors and design that reflect the clear-cut and decisive personality of the wearer.
The tradition and sense of design typical of the X-Ide brand are the enhanced protagonists of the X-Original variant: this proposal encapsulates all the values consumers perceive as being the innovative tradition of Immagine Eyewear. The reference target is the world of advertising, design, fashion, music and food art.
To meet the urban retro tastes of a transversal public – very young but also progressive and cultivated – some vintage models are included in the X-Ide collection. A skilful mix of technological experimentation and an ad hoc innovative system of flexible temples is combined with the classical retro shapes of the X-Vintage models.
Lastly, the X-Diamond range stems from technical requirements and targets a more adult and mature consumer. This eyewear was created for women who love the unmistakable style of X-Ide®, characterized by attractive, dynamic shapes that will also take progressive lenses which tend to be much bigger than normal corrective lenses. The X-Diamond woman is very demanding and wants a sophisticated, trendy product. X-Ide has the answer to this, too!
