Success for "Polvere di stelle"

Huge success for the “Polvere di Stelle” (stardust) teaching day organized by the Eyewear Museum.

“Over fifty children came to the Cos.Mo Auditorium in Pieve” – the organizers explained – “and were able to play and learn about astronomy in a way that was very original and entertaining.”

Supervised by Elena Maierotti and Giulia Iafrate, the initiative gave children the chance to discover the marvels of the sky. Younger children had fun making a small astronaut while older children experimented with building a simple telescope. Given the success of the event and the enthusiasm of its young participants, the museum will be organizing other events for them and their families.
