Sover presents new additions to MCS Eyewear label
Taste and originality for the development of the MCS Eyewear collection by Sover, both in the core and city versions inspired by leisurewear and urbanwear, respectively.
Noble materials like leather are perfectly inserted in brushed, distressed metal, shapes are enriched by skillfully alternating round and angular forms and the combination of a front piece in a solid color with striped temples in Havana or horn. Other favorite colors are shades of midnight blue, military green, gray and also the bright orange, turquoise, red or acid green of the vision frames in particular. The “wood effect” finish gives a dynamic touch and satisfies a taste for essence.
SUN
VINTAGE DROP
MCK008 and MCK009 – Seventies inspiration for this evergreen drop eyewear that also comes in a rectangular version. Classic hues combined with the color of the lenses and the “key” bridge. Both these models are made original by a leather insert along the temple and the laser-engraved logo.
FUSION
MCK010 and MCK011 – A metal insert perfectly incorporated in the structure of the eyewear: the feature of this acetate model illuminated by two fine metal lines on the front piece and the temples, where it also surrounds the logo.
UNUSUAL WAYFARER
MCK012 and MCK013 – It’s impossible not to have it because of its easy-to-wear nature, but also because of its new and pleasing geometrical shape. A refined contrast between the polished front piece and the “wood-effect” temples in a color that is always lighter than the front piece. A nose piece “in relief” and laser-engraved logo.
THE SILHOUETTE
MCK016 and MCK017 – Top of the City collection, they feature a logo showing the silhouette of a “man in a riding coat”. Precious models, a double bridge and the skilful workmanship of precise faceting. An expert use of leather inserted in the bridge and the center of the temples. Deep hues ranging from classic Havana to striped horn, and a play of polished materials on the front piece and matte on the temples give the eyewear increased depth.
ROUND METAL
MCK014 and MCK015 – Another two models in the City collection. Drop eyewear in metal featuring a double bridge with an insert in “wood-effect” brushed acetate like the temples. The silhouette logo is engraved on the flex incorporated in the temple.
DESIGN PILOT
MCK018 and MCK019 – An original interpretation of pilot and “caravan” thanks to the milled rims in vintage colors achieved by transfers of original maps. The top bridge is in leather with visible stitching and the bottom bridge is illuminated in bright colors.
VISION
THE POWER OF COLOR
MCM017, MCM018, MCM019 and MCM020 – Two style concepts for two “young” models in which relatively rectangular shapes are illuminated with personality thanks to the use of deep and, at times, bright colors.
- With an acetate detail applied to the temples in shades that stand out against the dominant color of the eyewear. The detail is part of a refined metal insert with the engraved logo.
- A metal decoration on the flex temples with the bright color of the acetate running along the inside.
LIGHT & EASY
MCM026 and MCM027 – Again in the “young” area, two very lightweight frames in metal with an important end piece in acetate. The same color is used for the rims and the temples while the rest of the eyewear is treated with neutral galvanic hues.
TRENDY
MCM022 – The acetate frame has a soft drop shape in shades of horn on a neutral ground. It also has an interesting three-dimensional effect: the rims of the eyewear are in relief against the rest of the structure.
THE INTELLECTUAL
MCM023-MCM024-MCM025 – The top series in the City collection featuring a leather or brushed acetate insert on the temples. Proposed in a bar version, an acetate panthos where matte orange stands out in the range of special colors. Lastly, a vintage metal oval which also comes with a sun clip-on.
