Salmoiraghi & Vigano' "Retailer of the Year 2011"

According to 25,000 Italian consumers, Salmoiraghi & Viganò is a benchmark for Italy’s optical sector. For the second consecutive year, Salmoiraghi & Viganò has won the prestigious Retailer of the Year Italy 2011 award in the “Optical” category.
Interviewees were completely satisfied with Salmoiraghi & Viganò on several essential aspects, once again confirming its leadership of the Italian market, where it is considered to be the optical chain par excellence.
Specifically, the interviewees said that, compared to its competitors, Salmoiraghi & Viganò had the best service quality, courtesy, well-informed staff, assortment and value for money.

The Retailer of the Year award, now at its fourth edition, allows consumers to give their opinions about retail in Italy by evaluating nine different aspects of store chains divided into 22 categories.
