Pramaor consolidates style office with Corrado Rosson
Pramaor continues the non-stop actions that opened 2011 with important changes to its internal structure: Corrado Rosson was appointed head of the style and product development office with the task of consolidating and strengthening the company’s creative area given his multi-faceted talent and many years of proven experience in different sectors.
Following last year’s strong growth, the Veneto-based company decided to take this step in order to follow and develop the Blackfin and Bioeyes house brand collections by enriching and expanding them with maximum precision and speed.
“My experience at the service of the company will aim at further improving and consolidating what has been done in previous years” stated Corrado Rosson, head of the Pramaor style and product development office. “We will further improve the innovation process: prototyping will be speeded up and increased by investing in the search for new technical components, we will streamline production processes, and we will devote zealous attention to every detail of the company as well as to products. However, maintaining the characteristics of style and innovation that have made us known and grow will be my, and our, main mission; we certainly do not want to disappoint our customers”.
This enthusiasm is shared by Pramaor president Nicola del Din: “Corrado is not an ‘academic’ designer but a professional who is motivated by pure passion for his work. His desire to conceive something that is always new and with its own style and character is the distinctive feature that feeds the Blackfin and Bioeyes development and growth processes and confirms their success and quality”.
Over the past two years, the Blackfin and Bioeyes brands have acquired an ever-increasing number of admirers thanks to the perfect balance of technology, design and creative research that meets the tastes of a very mixed public.
This success is confirmed by the company’s excellent results in 2010: the year ended with a 60% increase in billings compared to 2009, a step up with regard to the already satisfying performance of 2009 against 2008, when the increase in billings was +11.8% and growth for the two house brands was over 75%. The prospects for 2011 are even more encouraging. Based on consolidated agreements and contracts, the forecast for the current year is a further increase of 40%.
The escalation in the popularity of Blackfin and Bioeyes has given the company’s business new drive, which has allowed Pramaor to plan significant investments for the current year and take a very positive and optimistic view of the future.
