As the new year begins, Nouveau Eyewear is pleased to announce an important partnership with a public relations agency, Zedcomm, who will coordinate Italian and European press office activities for the American company. Founded in 1985 as a family-run business, Nouveau Eyewear was acquired six years ago by Marj McGraw and Dominick Sblendorio, both Co-Presidents, who have managed to lead the company toward a substantial change in its business. Nouveau Eyewear currently has a global presence in the U.S., Canada, Latin America, Europe and Middle East. Their broad customer base is supported by Nouveau's Italian Distribution Center opened in 2009 and located in Lozzo di Cadore (BL). Among their licensed brands, Nouveau Eyewear holds the licenses for two major international brands: Umbro and Nickelodeon. Driving sales to the market are four key sales directors, veterans of the industry, strategically located and in charge of monitoring activities in various international areas.
Thanks to the fast and widespread expansion of its commercial network, Nouveau Eyewear is now able to distribute its products worldwide and to guarantee prompt after-sales service. Before marketing its frames, Nouveau Eyewear inspects all its products at the Italian Distribution Center in Lozzo di Cadore (BL) where a qualified team subjects them to a stringent quality control process consisting of 24 steps that measures their integrity, strength, safety, colour consistency and proper adjustment. All products distributed by the U.S. Company comply with the CE standards and are certified by Certottica.
Finally, the Customer Service department carefully follows each step from order to delivery. At any time, customers can obtain updates on order status. Nouveau offers a full one year warranty against manufacturer defects.
