Magnificent, Fiocco, Fumetto and Catwalk are Moschino’s new themes
A philosophy that revolves around “magnificent, fiocco, fumetto, catwalk; four new and essential themes that encapsulate elegance, femininity and ironic details.
These are the four themes in detail:
Magnificent: a family inspired by the calla, a theme that returns with even more elegance. In vision model MO 124, the intertwining of metal on the nose pieces represents the blossoming flower with the central “pistil” of an elegant Swarovski stone.
In sun model MO 642, the temples sculpted in metal are reminiscent of the soft curves of the flower against a large retro front piece encircled in acetate and metal.
Fiocco: a new version of this three-dimensional detail embellished with rhinestones enfolds the temples in cat-eye model MO 126 and ‘80s-inspired MO 650.
Fumetto: the playfulness and freshness of the brand. Vision model MO 123 and sun models MO 643 and MO 645 feature black/white patterns where the outline of Oca Luisa, the Moschino protagonist, peeps out from the inside. The enameled logo is in a cloud under the lacquer, which gives an amusing bubble effect.
Catwalk: the sun models inspired by fashion shows; vintage model MO 641 with a metal profile, the large cat-eye MO 640 with mirrored lenses, and model MO 674, inspired by the eyeglasses worn by Moschino Creative Director, Rossella Jardini.
