
Area at Opti Munich
A highly dynamic and product culture company that is always attentive to market demands, Area will be at the exhibition with a stand facing the “walk of frames” to present its own brands, Kaos, La Matta, K:Actor, Oliviero Contini and Genesis.
For some time now, the first three collections, all of which are distributed directly in Germany, have met the tastes of the German market where they propose exclusive colors and highly impactful models. Oliviero Contini and Genesis target international consumers and are distributed in Germany by AL DENTE BRILLENVERTRIEB GmbH (Hall C1, Booth 510-Hall C1, Booth 611), a local company run by Frank Kuchenbecker and Theo Bellinger. These brands convey the process of renewal with moods ranging from classical to youthful and continue to project Area toward an ambitious positioning in the main European markets.
“We wanted to be at the German exhibition because we are well aware of the positive reaction of this market to our brands”, said Area general manager Elisio Tessaro. “The lines we present reflect the perfect combination of entirely “made in Italy” design, innovative materials and competitive prices; a mix of factors and high quality products that opticians will certainly appreciate and see for themselves”.
Already a cult in Germany, Kaos and La Matta are vision collections with a strong emotional impact in a combination of metal and acetate for a new play of styles; the former for a young and irreverent target and the latter for sexy and unconventional women.
To complete the Opti 2011 survey, Oliviero Contini “The Classic Italian Style” is a collection of sun and vision eyewear inspired by the style, elegance and class of real “Made in Italy”. Elegant, classical shapes that never go out of date for luxurious, refined eyewear dedicated to men and women.
