A 2011 of communication for Dai Optical
D.A.I. Optical Industries is pursuing its objective of the increasingly efficient and effective promotion of its products through original advertising with a wide target.
The company strongly believes in communication for the extensive spread of the progressive lens “culture” and for creating “vision wellbeing” for all presbyopes among others, and it has invested strongly in strategies for this purpose.
Informing consumers about progressive lenses and their correct use prevents problems linked to reduced near vision due to the ageing of the eyes which are certainly not immune to the passing of time, and responds to what is now a social necessity.
The new advertising campaign begins with investments in social networks: Facebook, Google, You Tube and Twitter. It continues with the biggest television campaign developed by the company and for the first time the spot will be in 3D. The spot shows a woman wearing four pairs of eyeglasses and when she appears wearing only one pair, the voiceover comments: “DAI Optical progressive lenses: one lens for any distance.”
The opticians taking part in the Optometry and 3D Conference April 30 through May 2 will be given glasses for viewing the spot in 3D.
On request, the opticians will also receive traditional materials: totems, counter displays, brochures, window posters, cubes, cloths, etc.
