Riccardo Perdomi is vice president of Salmoiraghi & Viganò
The Board of Directors of the Salmoiraghi & Viganò Group has appointed Riccardo Perdomi as its vice president. Perdomi leaves his position as managing director and chief executive of Salmoiraghi & Viganò to join president Dino Tabacchi in actions ranging from the development of corporate affairs to group expansion strategies.
Since 1985, Riccardo Perdomi has held increasingly important positions within the group and has made a significant contribution to its growth with billings that have increased from €12 million and 70 stores to the current €179 million and 480 stores.
“I would like to thank Riccardo Perdomi for the excellent work he has done for this company”, said Salmoiraghi & Viganò Group president Dino Tabacchi. “He took over the reins of a company that was already a leader and has demonstrated his managerial expertise in guiding it through difficult times on the market and the management buyout operations, while maintaining and strengthening its leadership. I am very pleased, therefore, to have ensured his collaboration in defining the company’s strategic lines for the future”.
“After 25 years in Salmoiraghi & Viganò and a career of 40 years, I am really enthusiastic about this new position. Continuing to contribute to the development of this company and finding new alternatives and allies to make it the center of the Italian optical market will be my most important mission. For some time now I have been working on more strategic activities and I am now happy to pass the operational baton to the excellent colleagues who have worked with me over the years”, commented Riccardo Perdomi.
