LG Technologies to present new automatic machinery at Mido 2009

LG Technologies will present its ultra-new automatic machinery specifically for the eyewear industry at Mido 2009.

This special machinery is specifically designed for the various stages of eyewear manufacture and is based on innovative technologies, user-friendly interfaces and surprising start-up times.

Machinery that is made for specific types of processing means that more attention can be paid to procedures and the internal study of dedicated equipment guarantees finished-product precision, excellent repeatability and a reduction in equipping costs. The hinging line, which at Mido 2008 decreed a revolution in the sector, has been expanded and totally revised to improve finished-product quality and simplify start-up procedures. Positioning with YsYnger and Multi Star is completely automatic, with visual inspection tools for intuitive programming process for new models.

With the new temple profiling machine (YsYde), temple models can be changed in just a few seconds with no manual intervention. Centering is carried out automatically and directly on the item in the machine.
