Hugo Eyewear presents new additions for spring/summer 2010
For spring/summer 2010, the Hugo eyewear collection of sunglasses and vision frames are strong on style, contemporary design and the use of innovative materials.
The new sunglasses stand out with the very latest in style. Eighties geometrical shapes are reinterpreted in new stylistic solutions, like the original metal wire double bridge (HUGO 0063/S). The Hugo logo is discreetly visible at the start of temples in sober gray, shiny black, purple and Havana.
The one-piece models are in steel and have soft, light shapes that reflect a contemporary design (HUGO 0061/S). Small metal pins are a distinctively discreet detail on the outer edge of the front piece, with the logo appearing at the start of the slim temples. Colors range from basic dark ruthenium with shaded gray lenses, palladium with gray lenses and dark gold with shaded brown lenses.
The new vision frames are made in very lightweight, non-allergic titanium (HUGO 0066). Shapes have the vintage appeal of a Fifties-style front piece and geometrical temples, where the Hugo logo is discreetly visible. Strict combinations create interesting plays of color between the upper and lower parts of the front piece: matte black with dark ruthenium, semi-matte white with light gold, matte gray with ruthenium.
Minimalist and linear, the new vision frames (HUGO 0067) have a pleasing retro mood taken from the Fifties. The range of colors also reflect the model’s vintage personality with sought-after contrasts on the upper and lower parts of the front piece: matte black with dark ruthenium, semi-matte blue with shiny blue, matte gray with ruthenium.
