Fedon Retail: a new stage in the relationship with its clients

With a history of over 90 years and four generations of entrepreneurs, the Fedon Group has today inaugurated a different way of interfacing with clients through the new e-commerce service accessible on www.fedonretail.it.

The website was especially created to allow optometrists to independently access certain offers that are specifically for them, to asses and personalize them and order them directly and conveniently from their own computer.

The company aims to facilitate ordering such products as eyewear cases, cleaning cloths or shoppers, which require to be reordered more frequently than other products. Optometrists will be able to optimize reordering times, personalize their purchases according to special needs and purchase products of different types in the form of kits (for example, divided by color but in any case personalized with the logo of the optical center) and in a single order.

When one or more kits have been selected online (obviously, they can be different), sending the order to the website is easy: by clicking on “confirm order” and accepting the usual sales conditions, the order is forwarded automatically. And all with just one click on the mouse!

If personalization is required, Fedon guarantees the care and quality that has always distinguished the company’s service and products. By contacting the commercial office you will quickly receive by e-mail a graphic proposal for approval.
