3Concept: Butterfly is the top model in the new collection

Of the women’s models in the new 3Concept collection presented at the last Mido, the top model is certainly “Butterfly” or “Bfly”, inspired by butterflies, the symbol of lightness, freedom and beauty.

The “cat” shape of the “Bfly” front piece is laser created and repeats the oriental patterns typical of butterfly wings for chic and superlight eyewear.
In this collection, the extreme lightness of the frames, which has always been a feature of 3Concept eyewear, is taken to maximum levels thanks to the introduction of metal temples that make the glasses lighter, even more harmonious and refined.
Also new to “Bfly” is color. After basing its first collections mainly on gold, silver and black, this year 3Concept has included new colors like pink, blue, green, red, burgundy and bronze.

Created with the support of a creative team, the new 3Concept collection consists of 5 new retro-style models inspired by the movie stars of the Fifties and Sixties: Cary, inspired by Cary Grand, or Kim (Novak).

Rich with new ideas, the collection includes a technical evolution of the bar at the basis of 3Concept’s “screwless” concept: the front piece is attached to the bridge from the back instead of the front to increase comfort and esthetical refinement.
