Vintage Vespas at Porto Mirabello

Ottica Venturini is transformed into a set Last week, Ottica Venturini was the protagonist of a new event at Porto Mirabello on the occasion of the festivities for the patron saint of La Spezia, St Joseph.   Piazzetta del Porto and stores displayed vintage Vespas provided by the Vespa Club of La Spezia, and Ottica Venturini was transformed into a Sixties-style photography set.   The Vespas on display ranged from models of the 1950s onward, with examples of manual restoration work, pre-restoration models and, for those interested in mechanics, a sectioned vintage engine.   The spring weather contributed to the success of the event both among nostalgic visitors and new generations, who are increasingly enthusiastic about vintage products and Made in Italy quality.   The next appointment with Ottica Venturini will be the Ladies' Cup at the Marigola Golf Club on April 7.
