Rudy Project: title sponsor of first cycle Relay Marathon

Following a break of one year after the 2011 Marathon World Championships, the Gran Fondo del Montello, renamed "La Terre Rosse", is back. Characterizing the eleventh edition is one of the great classics of MTB competitions (scheduled for July 21, 2013, at Volpago del Montello in the province of Treviso), a decidedly extraordinary event: the first Relay Marathon in the history of cycling. An absolutely new development and Rudy Project wanted to be its privileged partner as title sponsor.   The Rudy Project Relay Marathon is for teams of three bikers who alternate in the race by each cycling one circuit of 30 km climbing to 950 meters. 100 teams are expected to take part in an exciting and original race that will allow friends and colleagues to share commitment and emotions.   Rudy Project CEO Cristiano Barbazza commented on the initiative: "We have always followed the world of sport with enthusiasm and we are happy to keep in close contact with what goes on within it.
