Renewal of the agreement between Benetton Group and Allison

Allison will retain the license for the manufacturing and distribution of United Colors of Benetton and Sisley brands Bencom S.r.l., part of the international fashion house Benetton Group, and Allison S.p.A., an important Italian manufacturer in the eyewear sector, have renewed the license agreement for the manufacturing and distribution of United Colors of Benetton and Sisley frames and sunglasses.   The multiyear agreement renews a successful collaboration that began in 2006 and which last year evolved into a stylistic and commercial synergy that enabled the Ponzano-based group and Allison to deliver a consistent interpretation of the stylistic identity and values of the United Colors of Benetton and Sisley fashion brands.
