Italia Independent with Italian rugby team
A Unique Edition for celebrating Italy's national team Italia Independent enters the field alongside the Italy national rugby team in the continued celebration of the sport and its most extraordinary players. A discipline that unites an ever-increasing number of fans, worldwide, the conveyor of such positive values as loyalty, respect for rules and opponents. Italia Independent has signed an agreement with Adidas, Technical Sponsor for the "Azzurri" and since November last year also Master Licensee for products with the FIR (Italian Rugby Federation) label. I-I has created special eyewear based on its top model, 090, and dedicated to the Federation. It will become one of the top products in the national team's new range of official merchandise. The Unique Edition is the result of a customization program called Tailor Made, which means that eyewear can be made by choosing from over three million different combinations of front, temples and lenses; one of the great innovations by Italia Independent. This unique product features a surface-enhancing rubber treatment of the front. Obviously, the color is that of the athletes' jerseys, azure blue, in two shades – bright for the front and darker for the temples. The latter are characterized by the use of I-Thermic technology which reveals a particular texture hidden below the surface color when the temperature exceeds 26°C. In this case, the tricolor flag will appear horizontally along the entire length of the temple. The mirrored lenses are also in azure blue.
