Hilco Acquires i-Promotions

PLAINVILLE, Mass.—Hilco (The Hilsinger Company) has acquired i-Promotions, a St. Louis-based supplier of eyecare supplies, eyewear accessories and promotional products.   Established in 1997, i-Promotions currently services more than 6,000 eyecare professionals across the U.S.   With the acquisition of the company, which has been a Hilco distributor for many years, i-Promotions' founder and president, Charlotte Slankard, will remain with the company as sales manager, a statement from Hilco said.   Read the article on VMail
