April 27-28 Open Day at Istituto Benigno Zaccagnini

An orientation meeting is scheduled at the end of the month in preparation for the course enrollments for the 2013/2014 school year Italy's largest optics and optometry school, concurrently with the start of the enrollment campaign for the next school year, will open its doors on Saturday April 27 and Sunday April 28, to the students and families who wish to find out more about the premises and the educational program which allows to attain the diploma to qualify for the profession of optician and to the opticians who wish to improve their knowledge of optometry.   Over the last few years, the school has deeply integrated and renewed the didactic supports provided to students and especially the laboratories, which have increased in numbers, as well as the availability of cutting-edge ophthalmic equipment, in order to give plenty of opportunities to test and put into practice the skills of all enrolled students, with a view to their future professional occupation.   Visitors will be welcomed in by Management and the teaching staff, who will provide all the necessary information on school and post-school courses and show the classrooms, didactic equipment, laboratories and consultation rooms. During the visit to the consultation rooms, it will be possible to obtain information on the latest optical/ophthalmic devices available and on their application in the practice of the profession of optician and optometrist.   Within the hours scheduled for the two open days (Saturday 9:00 am-7:00 pm and Sunday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm) visitors will be shown some presentations of the Institute and the study programs with the aid of videos and projections at 11:00 am and 4:00 pm.   Those who wish to book a personal appointment with the secretary or management are kindly requested to contact the secretary on 051 480994 or to send an e-mail to the address segreteria@istitutozaccagnini.it.
