Adlens® launches Adlens® AdjustablesTM

Presentation of new Emergensee generation at Silmo 2013 Adlens® will officially present its new Adlens® Adjustables™ in Paris. Like the multi-award winning Emergensee™ eyewear, Adlens® Adjustables™ are also based on Alvarez technology. Each lens consists of two curved sections that glide across each other to vary the powers. The eyewear can correct over 90% of vision defects (lens power goes from -6 to +3 diopters) and was conceived to be worn in different situations: for close up or computer work, for gardening and do-it-yourself, and to manage problems of vision instability that may occur in patients with diabetes or following surgery.   A new and innovative product, Adlens® Adjustables™ have changed compared with the previous Emergensee™ generation: an ergonomic front bar for a more modern look, improved optical quality, an adjustable bridge for greater comfort and a frame and temples designed to make the eyewear lighter.   At the time of distribution the eyewear will be available in the following colors: black, blue, gray/black, red/black; other colors will follow by the end of the year. Adlens® AdjustablesTM will join the existing Adlens® adjustable glasses to create growth opportunities in new markets.
