Silmo d'Or: triumph for Italian technological innovation

Various Italian companies were nominated to receive the Silmo d'Or 2012: in the "Frames" section, Piero Massaro's Italiana Design and Look The Concept Factory, and Di Esse for two categories, "Frames and Technological Innovation" and "Sports Equipment".   Custom-6 won the award in the "Frames and Technological Innovation" category with product FN719, thanks to the collaboration with another Italian company,Di Esse.   The award was for FN719, eyewear made from linen fiber, a totally eco friendly product that can't fail to attract attention at this moment in time.   Custom-6 Natural Philosophy was presented last year at Mido. This new line is made solely from natural fibers, such as linen, that are modern and adapt perfectly to different contexts.
