Marcolin Group has new CEO

On Thursday, Giovanni Zoppas was appointed CEO and Managing Director Presided over by Giovanni Marcolin Coffen, the Board of Directors of Marcolin S.p.A. met Thursday, January 26, and appointed Giovanni Zoppas as the company's new chief executive officer and managing director, as agreed by the Board December 7, 2011.   Zoppas was appointed by co-option following the resignation of director Massimo Saracchi announced during the meeting with immediate effect. The Board of Directors also conferred on Giovanni Zoppas the widest powers for the implementation of his appointment. Vice president Vito Varvaro will flank Giovanni Zoppas in the management of the company and will retain the powers previously conferred.
