
Marchon Eyewear acquires Scandinavian Eyewear

Established in 1948, Scandinavian Eyewear has been making prescription frames for almost 65 years and is the leader of the sector in the Nordic region. House brand SKAGA, in particular, has made a distinctive name for itself in the eyewear sector. The acquisition will enable Marchon to take advantage of the company's considerable presence on the Scandinavian market and, at the same time, expand the distribution of its house and licensed brands, worldwide. In addition to SKAGA, the company has a significant portfolio of brands whose styles and characteristics are unique, such as Oscar Jacobson, Pilgrim, Lexington and FACE Stockholm.
