License agreement between Brands O.I. and Cesare Paciotti Eyewear

Cesare Paciotti appoints the Italian company to manufacture and distribute its eyewear collections Cesare Paciotti SpA, the Marche-based company that is the world leader of footwear collections for men and women, jewelry, apparel, perfumes and household textiles, has signed an eyewear license agreement with Brands O.I., the Italian company with a significant capacity for development at national and international level, the manufacturer and distributor of the Borsalino Eyewear collection and with the distribution license in Italy for French brand, Zadig&Voltaire.   The contract signed October 23, 2012, will continue through 2021 and includes the launch of the first Cesare Paciotti Eyewear collection at Mido, the international optics fair, March 2013 in Milan.   Paciotti began in 1948 by making shoes of very high quality and craftsmanship. Over the years it developed a revolutionary concept in men's shoes that made them a dominant element of male elegance and were an immediate success in the world of fashion. The maximum expression of stylistic maturity came with the creation of the collection for women: extremely high heels, sensuous details and unique design featuring the company's instantly recognizable dagger symbol. Currently, Cesare Paciotti SpA has 16 monobrand boutiques in Italy and its market has expanded at international level to a total of 38 wholly owned, franchised or affiliated flagship stores (and many more about to be opened) located in major cities like London, Istanbul, Dubai, Seoul, Beijing, Miami, Los Angeles and New York.   Brands O.I. is a company that is totally dedicated to supporting and promoting Made in Italy by producing at home and contributing to the value of important Italian labels. At present, Brands O.I. sells directly to 935 stores in Europe, it has distribution partnerships in 17 countries and exports over 60% of its products.   The joint-venture between Cesare Paciotti SpA and Brands O.I. further strengthens the value of Made in Italy by representing Italian taste that has always been synonymous with quality, elegance and style.
