Coburn and Solaris Coating Licensing Agreement

SOUTH WINDSOR, Conn.—Coburn Technologies, formerly Gerber Coburn, has signed an exclusive licensing agreement with Solaris Optical Coatings for the distribution and development of its UVMaxQT, UVAR and related backside hard coating intellectual property and has engaged Sirius Technologies to sell the products on its behalf.
