Chloe' announces contract with Marchon Eyewear New York

Chloé yesterday announced that it has signed a new license agreement with Marchon, one of the most prestigious eyewear producers in the world. The license gives Marchon the right to make and distribute sun and vision collections with the renowned Chloé label. Effective September 1, 2012, the contract marks the beginning of a long-term partnership between these two global operators in the luxury sector.

Chloé president Geoffrey de La Bourdonnaye commented: “Chloé is proud to collaborate with Marchon whose know-how in the optical world and global vision will allow women to combine their love of Chloé’s natural and graceful silhouette with technically-advanced eyewear and high stylistic content”.

The Chloé eyewear collection captures the brand’s flowing, feminine lines by taking its inspiration from the prêt-à-porter collections, accessories and iconic elements that make impeccable use of materials, textures and colors.

Marchon president and CEO Claudio Gottardi added: “This is a stimulating collaboration for us. We are enthusiastic about including Chloé in our expanding global portfolio, thereby attracting new female customers. The Chloé collections will be sold in monobrand boutiques, department stores, specialist stores and major optical stores throughout the world.
