Zerorh+ continues with Formula One, yachting and soccer

Giancarlo FisichellaThis season too, Zerorh+, the eyewear brand produced and distributed by Allison, has chosen personalities from the sport-system to be their image-men: Giancarlo Fisichella (Renault F1 team driver) and Fabio Capello (Juventus coach).

'We will continue to invest in the values of speed and high technology', Stefano Fabris, head of communications at Zerorh+ explained to ItaliaOggi. 'Formula One will be at the core of the marketing strategy, as will yachting through the partnership with Alinghi (official defender of the America's Cup) which was renewed at end of 2004. For soccer, the international sport par excellence, we will again turn to Fabio Capello'.

The relationship with the Fassa Bortolo stable and sprinter Alessandro Petacchi (winner of nine trials in the 2005 season) will also continue.

The first flight of advertising around Giancarlo Fisichella will begin after March 20. A print campaign alternated with the presence of 'don Fabio', before planning with Alinghi subjects begins in May. In the latter case, the communication will revolve exclusively around the Swiss team.

'The renewal of Fisichella in the role of corporate testimonial', concluded the chief executive of Zeroindustry (owner of the Zerorh+ brand), 'is particularly significant because the Renault team is currently linked to a competitive brand (American Quicksilver, ed.). Last season the combination with the Roman driver generated sales of 10 thousand items. This year, Fisico will wear the Logo model, the same used in the next advertising campaign'.

Zeroindustry is also working on new hi-tech goggles (renamed Morfologic), for the market of snowboarding, skiing and freestyle enthusiasts. The sport-eyewear company intends to bring out another product evolution for the Renault F1 team's mechanics (from 2006).
