Oakley progressive sun lenses at Mido
At Mido 2005 (Milan, May 6-9), Oakley will be introducing to the European market through its network of selected opticians, an important new addition to the corrective lenses program: base 8 progressive and polarized sun lenses.
The material used for the lenses is Plutonite, a typical Oakley material and the purest form of polycarbonate. Specialists in wraparound sun lenses, Oakley is also opening its doors to the long-sighted. These lenses will also be available with a standard base to meet the more traditional demand.
Corrections available: spheres from +6.00 to -6.00 diopters, maximum cylinder of -4.00 diopters; additions from 1.00 to 3.00 diopters. Base 8 progressive lenses can be made with spheres from +2.00 to -4.00 diopters; maximum cylinder of -3.00 diopters.
Available in anti-reflection transparent, Gray, Black Iridium, Ice Iridium and Gold Iridium, from May these new lenses can be ordered with or without frames.
