New to Inottica collections

Inottica is a company that's always on the go, always on the hunt for ideas and opportunities for moving opticians' store traffic and ensuring that its products are always in the forefront and always the most requested by kids.

Inottica will be at Silmo Paris again this year and it will be presenting its new Barbie, Action Man, Fisher Price and Hot Wheels sunglasses collections 2006.

The new Barbie S/S 2006 sun collection proposes one-piece lenses and wraparound models, harmonious shapes covered with light, crystals that highlight the raised logo. The principal color in the collection is pink, but every model is available in three different colors. The careful choice of materials guarantees a perfect combination of plastic and metal elements that blend to achieve glasses that are fashionably contemporary and of exceptional quality. The glasses are made in non-toxic, crushproof, very strong materials. The lenses are shatterproof (US FDA Directive) and comply with European law EN 1836 1997. UV protection is total.

All models in the new Action Man sun collection 2006 have been created and designed to meet the needs of younger consumers. Perfect for the city, for extreme situations and for madcap activities in the mountains and in environments where water is boss. Comfortable fit, maximum eye protection, total functionality together with contemporary and innovative design; dynamic lines and very bright colors, a transparent effect for 'very urban style' glasses. Inottica uses safe, hi-tech materials as the new series (Atop-light) of sunglasses demonstrates; thanks to the innovative material used to make them, they are particularly flexible and strong as well as being so light they float on water.

Three very new sun models in the Fisher-Price line 2006: super rubbery, flexible and fabulous to touch, they meet kids' physical and functional needs. Fisher Price glasses by Inottica have bright colors that change shade in sunlight. They are also provided with amazing symbols typical of the world of children: flying bees and smiling faces. In addition to the classical frames, for more lively kids Inottica has created an ad hoc one-piece model with an elastic band that goes round the head. All models are made in non-toxic, non-allergic and washable materials. In class 3 polycarbonate, the lenses are shatterproof and anti-reflection and have external mirroring to add a touch of glamour even for pintsized consumers! Vision frames are made in Keyflex: the 3 different levels of hardness ensure that glasses adapt to facial characteristics and guarantee shock absorption if the child falls. The cord supplied with every frame makes them less easy to lose but, first and foremost, it is reliable because it has passed the tests required by European and American regulations on safety and anti-strangulation systems for products for toddlers. Every pair of sunglasses comes with a free tortoise-shaped case.

Hot Wheels sunglasses are suitable for the city, but above all they are essential for lovers of the most extreme situations; snowboarding, skateboarding, cross country biking and rollerblading are just some of the sports where Hot Wheels glasses by Inottica can be worn. Futuristic shapes, streamlining, extreme attention to detail, they are made to be strong as well as highly functional for all activities. Five very new models in three colors; bright contrasting colors that enhance the noticeably hot logo.

The new My Scene sun collection 2006 meets the needs of young girls who want a look that's always modern, spirited and up-to-date. The mood of these glasses is vintage-inspired, oversize with a wraparound front piece and precious decorations to make this a 'very glamorous' line, but still suitable for teens. The colors of My Scene glasses by Inottica play a fundamental role: the contrast between shiny and matte creates a highly original color effect that is really trendy! The various shades make all models fresh and fun and the brightness and transparency of the temples blend with the vintage decorations.
