Mido Education course inscriptions are open

Mido, the leading international eyewear fair, which counts the highest number of exhibitors and visitors, proves itself a leader in professional training. In 2005 Mido proposes again Mido Education, a series of very high standard professional refresher courses targeted at optometrist technicians and opticians throughout the world.

Mido Education will open its doors on May 7, the day after the fair's inauguration, with a programme of 30 certified Continuous Medical Education (CME) courses designed for professionals in the sector. Inscriptions have already been opened, hence interested parties will find more detailed information by calling the toll free number 800039741 or by visiting the website www.midoeducation.com (operational from March 4).

Organised directly by Mido with the collaboration of prestigious partners, these training occasions will be carried out by internationally eminent professors. They will enlarge on various topics related to the world of optics with a detailed study of technical and scientific aspects, besides special focus on fashion trends, sales techniques, legal and fiscal regulations and marketing. Hence physicians, lawyers, specialist journalists and journalists will take their place in the classroom to offer wide-ranging training, which covers all topics of the highest interest. The many topics will number courses dedicated to eyewear, fashion, marketing, sales, a detailed study of certain defects in sight, the use of graded focal length lenses and topics related to prevention in childhood.

This training course was designed to give an answer to operators in the sector's increasingly pressing demand for professional updating to always keep up with the times.
