Marcolin: public share offer closes

Borsa Italiana announced that February 11, the last day of the compulsory public share offer promoted by ADV Partecipazioni Srl, DDV Partecipazioni Srl and Cirillo Coffen Marcolin, Maurizio Coffen Marcolin, Maria Giovanna Zandegiacomo and Monica Coffen for ordinary shares in Marcolin, subscriptions amounted to 4,105,422 shares.

From the start of the offer period (January 24) subscriptions for 7,830,550 ordinary shares (equal to 37.202% of the shares offered) were presented.
