License agreement between Chloé International and L'Amy Group

Chloe International and L'Amy Group have signed a world-wide license agreement for the creation, production and distribution of ophthalmic glasses and sunglasses, under the Chloe brand name.

The first ophthalmic and sunglass collections will be presented at Mido 2006.

Marc Lamy, President of the L'Amy Group commented: 'I am convinced that our will, our passion and our know how allied to Chloe's, will enable us to create ophthalmic and sunglass collections which will encounter great success. For the launching, our priority will be the U.S. market'.
