Italian luxury in China
A couple of days ago there was the inauguration on Eurostreet, in the heart of the Hangzhou district, of the new 300 thousand square meter shopping center on two floors built by China's Hangzhou Hubin Commerce and Tourism District Redevelopment body and supported by the Italy China Foundation.
Fifteen Italian companies in the fashion and luxury business bought some of the spaces in the center, already operational. They include Dolce&Gabbana, Giorgio Armani, Alviero Martini, Silvano Lattanti, Ermenegildo Zegna, Corneliani and Ferrari.
By 2006, the section of the center dedicated to department stores will be inaugurated and there will also be a luxury hotel, restaurants and offices.
