It Holding launches multibrand boutique chain

It Holding's retail project dedicated to bags, small leather items, eyewear and footwear is underway: the one-company multibrand chain is called Plus It.

It will be selling collections of bags, accessories and footwear produced by It Holding: C'n'c costume national, GF Ferré, Exté, Just Cavalli and eyewear by Allison, the company which used to belong to the group but is now owned by Paladin Capital Partners.

'The Plus It project', Tonino Perna told Milano Finanza Fashion, 'envisages the opening of 300 stores in three years. On our part, the investment will be quite small given that these are exclusively franchising projects'. The new Ittierre Accessories division based at Via Barozzi 7, Milan, will evaluate proposals from potential subsidiaries. 'The requirements', Perna continued, 'are competence in the retail sector, financial soundness and a location on a major commercial thoroughfare'.

The pilot outlet of Via Manzoni in Milan, an area on two floors with two large storefronts, will be followed by Paris (64, rue François Ier), Warsaw (Promenada ul. Ostrobramska 75c) and Moscow (Sheremetevskaya ulitsa 60).
