A new Carl Zeiss lens for wrap-around frames

Carl Zeiss' new Clarlet Loop lens offers excellent optical correction for all wrap-around frames with wide-angle meniscus lenses.

This revolutionary Zeiss organic lens' construction considers the wearer's real usage situation. This means that the power on the concave side of the lens is optimised on the wearer's individual parameters in such a way that when it is placed for use before the eye (oblique vision), Clarlet Loop can precisely ensure the power defined during the refractive examination. Aberrations caused by oblique incidence (oblique fascia astigmatism, prismatic and axial aberrations) are removed, thus guaranteeing greater safety and satisfaction.

Clarlet Loop can be found with 1,5 and 1,6 refraction indexes. All colours and processing envisaged for related Clarlet lenses can be applied. A product version specifically designed to adjust the internal clip has also been produced for some wrap-around frames.

Clarlet Loop is hence ideal for those who wear curved sunglasses, wrap-around sports eyewear, prescription lenses with a wide-angle meniscus lens and sports eyewear with an inside clip.
