Versace denies De Sole and Ford rumors

Domenico De Sole and Tom Ford, the two resigning members of Gucci, are not interested in acquiring shares in the Versace group: the house of the Medusa itself has stated this in a communication.

'With reference to the articles that have recently appeared in the national and international press regarding a possible interest in acquiring shares in the Versace Group by Mr Tom Ford and Mr Domenico De Sole, Artistic Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Gucci Group, respectively, we emphasize that these indiscretions are entirely unfounded and that no negotiations of any kind are underway for the transfer of minority or majority shares by the Versace family'.
