Safilo: 'Diesel – U – Music Awards', a Great Live Show for the Final

Music, entertainment and creativity. That's what Diesel offered the great live show at the Alcatraz in Milan on Thursday, with the competition winners. Diesel - U - Music Awards 2003, the competition promoted by the fashion house to breathe new life into the musical scene by putting the spotlight on the best of the new international talents.

Created in London in 2001 and backed up by an international network of record labels and independent newspapers, Diesel - U - Music Awards offers genuine opportunities to young musicians who are not yet famous and do not have recording contracts.

During the morning of Wednesday 21, the winners of the five musical categories, rock, dance, urban, scratch and electronic, received their awards.

Diesel also had a special prize for them - a personalized version of the collection's two most stylistically-interesting glasses and obviously made by Safilo: Payload and Upervised. The first is an acetate model for women, characterized by multilayer colors. The second is for men and has unusual horizontal cuts in the sides of the lenses.
