Roberta di Camerino, Eyewear Agreement with Globo

Due to arrive in spring-summer 2003, the new designer eyewear from Roberta di Camerino is eagerly awaited. The Venetian stylist has in fact signed a license agreement with Globo of Turin for the production and distribution of a complete line of sunglasses and sight eyewear for men and women. A special guest at the Chibi & Cart fair in Milan, Roberta di Camerino made use of the occasion to present the new collection.

The main markets will be Europe and the Nafta countries (United States, Canada and Mexico), but with particular attention also being paid to Far East markets and duty free. The acquisition of about 600 optics outlets in Italy and 600 foreign clients is foreseen for the collection. Billings for the next three years are estimated to be approximately 10 million euros.
