Lastes launches acetate and cardboard eyewear
The Sicilian stylist, Piero Massaro, has assigned the production of one of his daring inventions, eyewear made from cellulose acetate and cardboard, to Lastes of Segusino (TV).
The glasses are partially or entirely coated externally with cardboard in various colors (from white to black, from yellow to blue, from red to natural) and they have unique temples that are reminiscent of ocean waves.
Strong chromatic and formal impact is assured by the combination of a bright palette of colors for the front piece and lenses, which can be in the same shade of colors or in contrasting colors (yellow, red, green, pink), and by the retro shapes that have been reinvented with innovative details and a contemporary design. This predominantly female, trendy line will be produced in a limited and numbered edition and distributed by Italiana Design of Venice.
