Italian Brand Joi.Bi Launches Eyewear Line
Joi.Bi, the brand that Kalì, the Carpi-based women's knitwear company, has been concentrating on for almost a year, will launch its own collection of eyewear. After its success in clothing, the brand has decided to produce a line of accessories which will include footwear and belts as well as eyewear.
«Our clients», explained Felice Melato, owner of the company from Emilia, «were the first to ask us to go into accessories in order to create a Joi.Bi total look. So we are in the process of preparing a program that will allow us to be on the market in a fairly short time. Despite the fact that our sector seems to be suffering at the moment, Joi.Bi is having quite considerable success. Now we want to double our presence on the export market».
The choice of testimonial went to Natalia Estrada, whose popularity is bringing her some important agreements on the market. Kalì, which also produces and sells Carla Sabattini (knitwear for women from 30 to 50) and Francesca Melato (a product for a very young target), now has US shores as its primary target.
