Increase in Hal Holdings share in Pearle Europe

Following an agreement signed with Cole National and the management of Pearle Europe, the Dutch group, Hal Holdings, has decided to acquire a further 12,104 shares in the European optical chain.

Hal's shares in Pearle Europe will therefore rise from the current 68 to 79%; Cole National's interest remains at 21%.
