The user-friendly new site is designed to save professionals time by enabling them to conduct business with CIBA Vision 24 hours a day, seven days a week, at their convenience.

The easy-to-use web site enables users to access several different customer service areas. Among them, the "Order Entry" section allows licensed eye care professionals to place orders for most CIBA Vision contact lenses and lens care products. The "My Account" section allows users to review information about their previous orders, including shipment status, and review their invoice and credit information. In addition, users can download frequently requested documents related to CIBA Vision customer service, credit, pricing and policies. A "Contact Us" section is also featured and enables users to directly e-mail specific CIBA Vision departments.
