CentroStyle opens in UK

CentroStyle, a wholesaler of more than 5,000 type of products (metal components, accessories, equipment, eyewear) for optical stores, has opened its first subsidiary outside Italy, in UK, consequently ceasing relationship with its previous distributor, W.T. Rees.

The company generated sales of 20 million euros in 2002 (up 6 percent), with one-quarter of the total delivered outside the country.

In Italy, with 27 agents, CentroStyle supplies more than 8,000 opticians.
